Shipping
All orders are shipped by Fastway Couriers on a daily basis. We can only ship to destinations within the UK. We endeavour to ship your order as soon as we possibly can. In some cases we may have to order your products which will mean a little extra time is needed to ship the goods to you. In this case we will notify you of the situation.
If your shipment arrives when you are not available, a note will be left and we will try to contact you. Fastway will try again to deliver the goods to you. If you are not available to receive the goods at this time, or have not made other arrangements with ourselves, or Fastway, the goods will be returned to us and any further shipping will be charged to you.
In most cases, orders arrive 2 working days after the order is placed. We offer no gaurentees on delivery times and we ask that you allow at least 7 working days for delivery. If your delivery has not been received after 7 working days, and we have not contacted you, please call us to address the situation.
Returns
All returns must be first cleared with us. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. If a product is faulty, please contact the shop via email or by telephone and we will arrange collection from an address of your choice. No returns will be accepted unless accompanied by the relevant return number which will be issued by us. When we have recieved the goods and we are satisfied that they meet our requirements for a refund or exchange, we will contact you to ask what you would like to do.
We will not offer refunds/exchanges for:
Incorrectly ordered goods
Damaged goods
Unwanted goods
Goods with no proof of purchase
Goods returned with no return number
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
